I think this should be implemented with JavaScript because dealing with clipboard should be done at the client side not on the server. You can find more details here: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/400212/how-do-i-copy-to-the-clipboard-in-javascript If you provide more details about what you want to do with the screenshot after copying it to the byte[] I can suggest more solutions for you. For example if you want to display the image from byte array you need to convert it to base64 string before passing it to the viewer. There are some toolkits like JQuery and leadtools that supports loading images at the client side.
