hi How can with click on button then with mouse click on the panel or form with to drag any where on the page to drag a line in C#?

You will need to process mouse down and mouse up events of course and when the mouse is down process the mouse move events. Be careful; there will be many mouse move events so you probably will need to ignore some of the mouse move events. Then for each mouse move that you don't ignore erase the previous line if there is one and then draw a new line.
