closed dialog box the current page and navigate to other pag

Hi when i open dialog box from pageform1 then when i click item of dialog box so i wnt to firt closed dialog box then it closed automatically pageform1 and navigate to formpae2. i am not able to closed formpage1 after closed to dialogbox it open next window pageform2.
