can i get a c# code for spell check..? source should be from a text file..which is a notepad(user defined words)

Thank you for the suggestion..I'm not that much familiar to Hash table and Dictionary..But will try that..Hope this may help.. Thank you so much..

Hi Hanuma If you don't want to use any DLL and like to use your own logic then basically you pretty much need to build your own dictionary with correct words... (or use some existing dictionary if avaiable). Store that dictionary in a .Net Dictionary or .Net HashTable collection (both have KeyValuePair) instead of using any .Net List. Array etc. so that your search won't take much time. These collection are pretty fast in searching. Whenever you read any word from textfile seacrh that word in this collection (e.g. using ContainKey()) method. If word is in signal 'Correct Word' otherwise 'Wrong Word or not found in dictionary'.

Hi Thank u for the reply.. I have tried all those but getting different output which is not meeting my requirement. Actually we should not use any ddl's..It should be a plain logic taking the correct words from a notepad(.txt file) Please help me out in solving this.. Thanks in advance

You could use an already freely avaiable spell checker from MS Word (A COM DLL). To include this you need to include a reference Microsoft Word Object Library (under the COM DLLs section) into your project.
