Hi Santh Kumar 1st I suggest use some code analysis tool which every developer must run before they call other team members for a formal code review. a free download of Stylecop can be used for this. StyleCop has most of the best coding practices inbuilt and it can be modified for your own codiing practices if needed. Thanks
