Code view in aspx page

Question

Hi  I added a ASPX page in an application in Expression Web but while I was trying to generate an event on button click I could not see the C# code view in this application Only HTML coding was what I had to deal with. Can anybody tell me how to add the code view in this application ?

Actually this screen looks like this in Expression Web..I have selected c# also still could not see code window

Select seperate code file.

When you are adding new aspx page then check place code in saperate file in dialogue box.
