combobx comparision

Question

i have one table name is room in this roomno is one column and in front-end windows form i have my design when i select roomnumber using combobox it start compare weather the roomnumber is already reserved or not please any one provide the code

If there is any column in table for reserve status. If no such column to store reserve status of room. Consider status column . then in selection change event of combobox pass the room no to select query and get status as below. in my table there no column name status we can check what are the room number customer selected once it start to search the room number is reserved or not example: i am selected some 101 room number after that in RESERVE table also had column roomno in this rooms are 302102105 107 like that are already reserved so now the combobox seleceted room is '101' it will check to all reserved roomno in reserve table if it not match it will the room is avilable otherwise its booked if(combobox.selecteditem== collection of roono) -> here collection of room no number is just logic for to retrive the roomno column and compare to each one
