Complete Email Outlook in web application

Dear All,

 

           I want to implement complete Mail System of outlook in my website Paid or unpaid.

  I used Exchanged Server dll .  but that is not well as per speed and not provide all solution, so tell me the solution if anyone knows about that.

if you are looking for Windows Application, then as per my knowledge it is not possible.
