Concerning time... Possible or not?

Question

Hi!

 

I need to do something related to time:

I have one my form a timer and one label. What I need to see?

I would like that every time when it's between 05h00 PM and 05h30 PM the label must show the word "stop". Then when it's before 05h00 PM or after 05h30 PM its shouldn't show the word "stop" (should be blank).

Anyone can give an idea with codes
