Confirm Messgae Dialog Box in ASP.NET 1.1

Question

Hi All This is my requirement. When I click on the Search button on web page it should check the data in db then it should be display Confirm message dialog Do u want to load the data if user click yes it should load the data in page if user select no it shoule not do any action. Please any one help on this and thanks in advance...paste some sample code.

Thanks for ur reply. When user click the button first it check the db if any reocrds are there it should displaying message box and it should contain Yes and No button if user says yes again need to get the data from db and bind to grid .
