connect android and .net to send/recieve data

i have a .net application. iwant to send value to android app and recieve some value sent from android device. what is the best way to do so. i dont want to develop android app using .net. thanks

Hi swapnil  u can create web service for this in asp.net or in WCF service for this also. Generic Handle also u can create in asp.net. Choose what u can create easily.
