Connecting ASP.NET page to an external database

I have created a database in SQL Server 2008 and I want to use this database in my ASP.NET project to insert update  delete records. Kindly help me in this regard.

Hi Harsh In your Asp.net project find web.config file. Add connection string in Read the connection string from C# code and use it for insert update  delete records. Let me know if you want sample code? Abhishek
