Connection Close Error

Question

hi I am getting this error while I am trying to make a new web-site. HTTP/1.1 200 OK Server: Microsoft-IIS/7.5 Date: Mon 05 Dec 2011 10:40:15 GMT Connection: close Help me ASAP.

Thanks for the reply... But it is already solved using permissions. I don't have the permissions for accessing IIS port. So I have login as an central admin and than create one port on IIS and than create site collection. Now my sharepoint site is up and running... :-)
