connection string

Question

Hi all,

 

I am new to c#. I have an application running on a VPN structure (i.e. WAN). I get a connection timed out message when I run an application

compiled in vs 2013. I fail to understand because there is another application compiled in vs 2010 that is working very well.

Below is the connection string;
