Connectivity from C# to R (Statistical tool)

Hi while open the connection from C# to R (Statistical tool).Shows Error System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException : Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {18C8B662-81A2-11D3-9254-00E09812F727} failed due to the following error: 80040154 Class not registered (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040154 (REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG)).
