Hi I have learned about constructor . I want to know that can constructor be virtual in c# if yes/no then give a full explaination of that?

Unlike ordinary methods constructors are never inherited in C#. Consequently it would make no sense for them to be virtual because this would imply that they could be overridden by a derived class's constructor.

Constructor cannot be virtual in c# bcoz class is not like methods.it can be called before defining method.so we cant override it.
