Consuming a WCF Service at Client Side

Question

Hi while consuming a WCF Service How can we know the type of binding and type of security that a service have at client side. I have searched in google but I couldn't get a solution. Please let me know the concept

In your client project right click and add a service reference. A dialog box will open to add the service reference into your project. For that you need to know the 'address' where the service is hosted. After that enter that base address and click 'GO'. Service appear will in the listbox. Click OK it will automatically add a proxy class into project. Then create an object of your service proxy class and access all the interfaces.
