Conversion of a Tab Delimited (.txt) file to Comma Delimited (.txt) file

Hi,

I have to write a piece of code that let the user to select a Tab Delimited (.txt file). And then convert it to Comma Delimited (.txt file).

(conversion to commas where a tab is find)

any one there for help.
