am actually working on HP uft 11.5 based on csharp and its giving type or namespace httputility does not exist in the namespace system.web

The Correct way to do this is: string xml = @ 111112113 ; xml = System.Web.HttpUtility.HtmlDecode(xml); Hop this will solve your problem.
