Convert an english audio to other language

Hi sir My question is I want to convert an english audio(text to speech) to a (regional)telugu audio(text to speech). Will it be possible in asp.net I want this answer as soon as possible. Please help me....... Thank you in advance......

Yes this is possible. Since default voice of computer is english so you will have to install telgu in your system then it will work.
