Convert Dropdown to textbox in gridview

Question

I have a requirement in converting dropdown to textbox when user clicks add new row button. On clicking that the dropdown data to be stored in textbox and new row with dropdown should be visible to the user. i have two dropdowns in two columns in gridview in which the second one is dependent on first.Please let me know how to solve this.

I have done it what i need is to convert dropdown to textbox and on click of add new rowstore the data of dropdown into textbox and display in gridview and display a new row.
