Convert from English to Hindi using c#

Question

I am developing a offline windows application in which I want to convert data in hindi. Suppose a user enters his name in textbox in english, it should automatically get converted in hindi as types.

can you please tell me how i can convert english to sanskrit using transliteration? Google api is not freeware now. so any idea to transliteartion for windows application?

What do you mean works only when online? If the code is using some web service to get the translation done - you will need internet connection on the machine for sure. it's not about the code will work only for web apps and not for windows apps it should work in both cases however again having said that you are connected to the internet. If you want to build some app providing capability to translate terms and that too offline then I think you might want to build some collection / dictionary kind of entity and refer it in your code which can provide translation to you.
