Convert HTML to Excel in c#.net

Question

Hi I would like to convert HTML file to Excel. user will give input as HTML URL and I have to covert it to EXCEL file  save HTML and EXCEL files in specified location. Would like to do it in c#.net (winform) if this is not possible pls suggest in asp.net :) Thanks N

Hi narasiman You can do one thing. Remember that html file if saved as xls will automatically convert to excel.. For eg - A html in html file will automatically convert into rows & columns along with styling provided. So it will be easy for you to save the html content in a file & provide the extension as .xls.
