convert image to grayscale .net mvc

Hi I have used one image control in image control i have to display the color image to black and white image in ASP.NET C#(MVC5). any body help me. Thanks and Regards Dhirendra

just add css to the image control. style=filter: grayscale(100%);

sir i want when i click browse button and upload image than click on convert button than convert in black and white format plz solve it.
