convert non standard unicode to unicode in c#

Hi,

 

   I convert the decimal value into the Unicode value. In that i got some non standard unicodes. that can't readable by the user. how can i convert non-standard unicode to unicode.

 

Ex : Decimal       non-unicode      unicode
