converting a picture to 3D

Question

Would it be possible to convert juz a normal picture(Let's assume a pic take through mobile cam) into 3D image?? if so how can i do this? Thanks a lot in advance.

3D requires two cameras. You can't have accurate 3D from just one image of something. There might be ways to simulate 3D from a 2D image but the algorithm and software would be complex and likely expensive.
