Converting visual studio 2005 to an earlier version of visual studio

Is there any way of converting a project in visual studio 2005 back to an earlier version of visual studio. My school has not updated yet and I need to hand in a project.

It will be very difficult because VS 2005 has newer controls and libraries have changed. If VS 2005 does not have too much UI, you probably can copy code files and create a new project in VS 2003 and add files from VS 2005. I think you still have to do some manual work.
