Hello All I am trying to copy the contents of one file to another file line by line but full content not copied..pls help Regards Jithen

Incidentally if you wanted to append to 'toFile' rather than creating a new file or overwriting the original one you could replace this line: using(StreamWriter sw = new StreamWriter(toFile)) with this: using(StreamWriter sw = new StreamWriter(toFile  true ))
