Could not load file or assembly CrystalDecisions.Windows.Forms

I am visual studio 2010 with SAP crystal report 13.0 I have made a setup of the project but i am getting the error that 'Could not load file or assembly CrystalDecisions.Windows.Forms'.

In the setup project -->Right click -->Primary Output -->Dependencies...

Hi I have included all the dll but still it si throwing error as shown in the attached file. I have also installed CRRedist2005_x86 but still throwing that error. Please help!

While creating the setup project have you included the dependecy dll also ?
