Could not load file or assembly 'System.Web.Mvc' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040) why this error will come

Either you are missing the reference in the solution or you can clean the solution  build and rebuild solution if you are facing same issue then try to remove the reference and add the reference and build once again.
