Count the similar values in the grid view column

I want to get the count of similar values

 

For Example:

 

Summer	Decision
Hot	Yes
Hot	Yes
Cold	No
Cold	No
Hot	No
Hot	No
Cold	Yes

  in this Table I want to get the total number of Hot values and total number of cold values in gridview by using c#
