Counter in asp.net c#

i need to add the timer in my project like 00:00:0000:00:01.........like wise by using timer and ajax tool kit please send as soon as possible . Thank You very much

The Timer control can work as a trigger either inside or outside an UpdatePanel. (if you are using it) Otherwise there are two options you can user e.g. SetTimeOut and SetInterval. Both are user to set the timer and you can write some action inside the function of it. While using the above two you need to clear the Interval as well as you finish with the timer work using ClearTimeout If you are using some Async process then you can use AJax Async time control.
