Create a WCF service application using HTTP PUT

How do I create a WCF service application to receive and send xml file based on HTTP PUT request and response. This service will be used by client IOS devices.

On the top of the operation contarct you need to add the web invoke method in this way and if your using HTTp methods its comes under WCF rest services not the soap.
