Create excel chart

Hi. Can I create an excel chart without Range object as data? I mean I want to use program data as chart values in both x and y series and I don't want to add data to excel range. Please explain. Thanks

Can't I use something like this? (MyChart.SeriesCollection(1) as Excel.Series).XValues = ={A B C} ;

hey majid this is a wellknow 'problem' in excel. its not possible to use a chart without a datasource range. what i do most of the time is create an invisible range in a nonvsible area(row 50000-51000 for example) and hide the rows additionaly. no other way possible :( sorry.
