i have List of objects which contains level and those level are 123 ...n. From above example 1's child is 2 2's child is 3 and like wise and if again 1 appear then again. Exact before is a parent of next. And always after 1 there is either 1 or 2 no any other

Hierarchical structures are always complicated to implement. Where and how do you plan to use it? Windows Forms Application - TreeView control? Or ASP.NET with the help of jsTree jQuery plug-in? Basically what is target UI? Depends all on that.
