create set up in c#

hello friends I want to create a set up in C# . this set up valid only one time next time it will not work. at any place.

you can always use a setup project in VS to create a setup for your application. and what you mean by running it once  then may be you need a license wrapped to it for it to work once. Thanks Lisa
