Create space between characters in an image

hi i want to create an application in c# where i upload text image like the application create space between the characters in that image. can somebody have any idea. please let me know thanks

Your program will need to know what character that each pixel belongs to in order to determine where the extra space needs to go. It is difficult for me to recognize the characters so it will be especially difficult to write a program that does the recognition.

Haveing thought about application I would like to be suggestion you will be openeing the image file in Microsoft Paint and adding white spaces to it with an after product of stretching image to longer presentation. Good Wishings Shusta
