I have seen in a video that WhatsAppApi.Register.WhatsRegisterV2.RegisterCode() has two parameters and when i tried that in my code it asking three parapeters. why happening like that.. is of difference in WhatsAppApp.dll ?

Then other than that there is nothing that you can use. There were a few open source projects that were taken down due to a lot of legal actions against them and that forced the owners to delete the projects. You need to understand that WhatsApp does not expose any API for programming the communication; it is native TCP based communication and does not store the data anywhere. Thus you cannot simply create this application.
