Creating a Class but function has its argument as Class arra

Question

Here is code

public partial class Property
{

private string keyField;

private object valueField;

/// <remarks/>
[System.Xml.Serialization.XmlElementAttribute(Form=System.Xml.Schema.XmlSchemaForm.Unqualified, Order=0)]
public string key
{
get
{
return this.keyField;
}
set
{
this.keyField = value;
}
}

[System.Xml.Serialization.XmlElementAttribute(Form=System.Xml.Schema.XmlSchemaForm.Unqualified, Order=1)]

and a function is declared like this

public VerifyRetailO VerifyRetail(ref Property[] Properties, VerifyRetailI VerifyRetailRq)

but i dont know how to pass the first parameter
please help

Why don't you try something like this? Declaring array of that class objects and initialize the way you want & then just pass classarr to the method call. For example as below: //declaration Property[]classarr= new Property[10]; for ( int i=0;i { //initialization classarr[i]= new Property(); } Please mark it as answer if it resolves the issue.

Try this. MyList . Select ( x => x . Name ). ToList() ;

vinay : tried your solution but i get below exception my code List oprop = new List (); oprop.Select(x => x.key).ToArray(); Error: The best overloaded method match for 'BankwizardServiceClient.VerifyRetail(ref Property[] 1.VerifyRetailI)' has some invalid arguments 2.cannot convert from 'ref System.Collections.Generic.List ' to 'ref Property[]'

HI if this is the case. Then you can cast the class to array by using .ToArray() and list will convert into array MyList . Select ( x => x . Name ). Hi i will suggest insteed of using class array use list of the class . it will be very easy in use public VerifyRetailO VerifyRetail(ref List Properties VerifyRetailI VerifyRetailRq)
