creating checkboxlist dynamically inside another checkboxlis

Question

I have to create a checkboxlist dynamically on selection of checkbox of another checkboxlist created dynamically
for ex

i have created a checkboxlist dynamically
apple    orange  banana

when i click on apple

another checkboxlist will generate like
red  marron  yellowish

when i click on ornge

another checkboxlist will generate
light orange  dark orange
