Creation of MSI Package from EXE using VS 2017 C#

Question

I need to write a few msi packages using the exe's as a reference. I am not sure where to begin in Visual Studio (What packages or extras i need etc...). Also, if anyone can refer me to any code samples that would be great too... I just need to get the msi and can run it silently and without reboot from there... but if I can author the msi and include those parameters by editing in ORCA or something then that would be great too. It's all great... we have the best great... its tremendous.
