crop image before saved

Question

hello... as we seen in most social networking website..

when we upload our profile image it allow us to crop it and upload on croped portion of image in database..

i want this ability before i saved it in database..

how we can do this..?

Hi friend! first u take dimensions of height and width in source page code in aspx.vb page if fileupload1.hasfile Then dim memorystream as new system.io.memorystream(fileupload1.Filebytes) dim imagefile as system.drawing.image = new system.drawing.bitmap(memorystream) imagefile.GetThumbnailImage(100100NothingIntptr.Zero).save(server.mappath(your images folder & fileupload1.postedfile.filename)) End if image1.imageurl = ~/images/ & fileupload1.postedfile.filename use this code make helps u. if help this code then mark in the Accept Answer CheckBox.
