Cross tab reports using crystal report 11

Question

Hello,
        How to use cross tab in crystal report 11.
My database table  is like this:
EmpCode    Date                   Status
001            01-May-2010        PR
001            02-May-2010         AB
This details i want display in column wise format using crystal report like below:
EmpCode   01-May-2010    02-May-2010
001            PR                        AB
 
Please tell me any one to solve my  problem.
