CRYSTAL REPORT deployment

Question

Hi,
I am working with visual c# 2003 (.net framework 1.1)  crystal report. When i go to project properties, couldn't find an option to let us create a setup program to install the prerequisite component.  Whereas in c# 2008, it has the prerequisite to let us select crystal report viewer component to install.  How to work on this?
