Crystal report Design show boxes as shown i attachment

I am running crystal report 13 with visual studo 2010 the following screen comes in when i check the console window the following errors shown 1-Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden) Navigated to http://localhost:58548/ACS_Website/reports/AverageReport.aspx?emp_id=6089&dept_ID=13&sdate=1/3/2017&edate=2/7/2017& {} 2-http://localhost:58548/aspnet_client/system_web/4_0_30319/crystalreportviewers13/js/crviewer/images/drill_cursor.cur 3-http://localhost:58548/aspnet_client/system_web/4_0_30319/crystalreportviewers13/js/crviewer/images/drill_cursor.cur what i have tried i have copied my whole aspnet_Client folder to the root of my application but it did not fix

Nothing was wrong with the Cyrstal Report i solved the issue by commenting the custom css file.

Dear Ramesh Palanivel Thanks for support and assistance  the data is just made the blurred the design you can see it is disturbed showing lines and lines I found the issue it was basically from my custom css when i remove the custom css file from the page the design gets ok . Thanks becasue the crystal reports render in tabular format and i have my own classes for table rowtdtr like that . Thanks
