Crystal Report: Row Selection

Question

Hi Just curious can the crystal report show (during report view and in the printed report) different background colour for alternate rows? For example: 1 row background colour =silver 2 row background colour = yellow 3 row background colour = silver and so on thanks

Same as the description above. You put a conditional format on the row with the condition you need.

Im sorry but if i want to highlight only those records that have a specific condition like: highlight records having Price > 2000$ Is there a solution for this problem? Can anyone help me :P

To doing this you will need to put a formula for the background color of the row. What you are trying to do is: if the record number / 2 gives a remainder of 1 have it one color...otherwise have it another color.

It is possible to change the backcolour of a specific row in Crystal(Right click field..select Change Highlight..)..but for each record passed to the report..i'm not sure. Try writing a fucntion that handles it within Crystal Functions. I think this would be your best bet.
