Crystal Reports error on webserver.

Hello,
 
I Put the permission on IIS for crystal reports.
Unknown error 0x80040200 on crystal reports.
even I put all the permission on IISUser Full control on wwwroot site folder.
even i set 32bit allow true in application pool.
 
Why Crystal Report is not working Please help me.
