Question

Hi Experts Please some one help me i got a situation now that when i enter a value in a text box  that value must be checked with the value in the table in my database and the corresponding fields of it must be displayed automatically in the report. Please some one help me out  very urgent . . .Please

Hi Its little time consuming process what ur looking for. You need to execute your query each time u change the text. One more thing you can do is load your table data to either dataSet or DataTable and perform search operation in that .. Its better to apply dataSet to ReportDataSource instead of Table or your database.. Filtering from the dataset is the preferred option as my opinion.. Ask if You have any doubt regarding this.... Hi Sir Thanks for replying. My details are  1)its vb language  2)MS Access database. 3)ADO.net is used 4)I know how to execute ADO.net queries thankk you sir

You need to be more specific. Is this a C# application? What database are you using? Are you using ADO.NET? Do you know how to execute ADO.NET queries or SPs? More details so we can answer it.
