1. Check the Crystal Assemblies in C:\windows\assembly that give you idea of Crystal report versions install 2. Check the Reference Crystal dll in ur Project and its Properties 3. Check the Crystal assemblies in the web.config 4. Compare the Reference Crystal dll version with web.config crystal dll version if differ then add the correct dll version according to the web.config Version & check...
