CSharp program to backup database

Question

Hi
I need to know whether it is possible to create an application using c sharp that can make back ups of the database(ms sql server) if so can you please provide any article links to articles or sample source codes

I believe you can execute the backup SQL query from a C# program using ADO.NET if you have admin access. BACKUP DATABASE { database_name | @database_name_var } TO [ ...n ] [ ] [ next-mirror-to ] [ WITH { DIFFERENTIAL | [ ...n ] } ] [;]
